Guidelines for Supplying Digital Artwork

We accept files in the following formats: . AI, PSD, EPS, PDF or CDR 

​

File Preparation Instructions:

 

• Scale: Set artwork to 25% (1/4) of actual final size

• Resolution: 300 DPI at 1/4 scale (equivalent to 75 DPI at full size)

• Color Mode: Use CMYK for print-ready files

• Bleeds: Include [insert bleed size, e.g., 0.125" or 3mm] on all sides if required

• Fonts: Convert all text to outlines or curves (especially in .AI and .CDR files)

• Linked Images: Embed all images or supply them separately

• PSD Files: Flatten all layers before submission

• JPG Files: Use the highest quality setting when exporting
